Wait until your perm has grown out; here's the scoop, your hair is stressed from perming, if you try to color, it may just break off, my suggestion would be to chill until it's grown out, cut whatever is left, off, start fresh with the bleach. |

Add more sophisticated pieces, like blazers and pantsuits to your wardrobe, even if you're wearing jeans, add a blazer.... to your t-shirt or camisole, it's very finished without being too "done". |
